Facilities Maintenance Supervisor (No Shift) | 5 Days/ $3k/ AWS & Variable Bonus - Choa Chu Kang

Job Scope:

• Conduct routine inspections and checks on facilities and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and fix basic mechanical and hydraulic issues.
• Carry out regular facility maintenance following SOPs.
• Identify and address maintenance and operational needs proactively.
• Manage work orders, allocate resources, and ensure efficient task execution.
• Monitor and manage mechanical spare parts, tools, and equipment inventory.
• Set up and maintain small workshop activities.
• Attend to equipment breakdowns, recommend solutions, and follow up on repairs.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance work follows safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Supervise external vendors providing maintenance services.
• Assist in developing and implementing plant improvement plans.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Maintenance or a related field
• Experience in Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) and equipment installation, commissioning, and plant improvement projects is preferred
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
