Technical Support Engineer - Scientific Instruments - Geylang

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for our range of scientific instruments
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Conducting maintenance and repairs on our equipment as required
• Collaborating with the R&D team to identify and implement product improvements
• Delivering comprehensive training to customers on the operation and maintenance of our instruments
• Maintaining detailed records of all support activities and issues
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or service engineer role, preferably within the scientific Products
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Hands-on experience with the maintenance and repair of scientific equipment
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
