Administrative Assistant - Bukit Merah

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team! This key role will support the smooth operation of our office and assist with administrative tasks. If you're a detail-oriented multitasker with a "can-do" attitude, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing office facilities and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation
  • Liaise with vendors and manage vendor relationships
  • Manage monthly tenant back charges
  • Coordinate with remote IT support for technical issues
  • Retrieve mail from letterboxes and manage the processing and distribution of outgoing correspondence.
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
  • Assist in HR related matters
  • Issue and manage access cards for office entry
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a positive, "can-do" attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • At least 1 – 2 years working experience
