Up to $5,500 depending on experience

Our client aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges.

Responsibilities:

Support Finance department to ensure smooth month-end closing by conducting the following activities:

• Processing Accounts payable invoices and ensure compliance with group policies and authorizations limit.
• Support Monthly Goods and Service Tax, Major Exportor Scheme reporting. Work closely with freight forwarders to ensure all documentations are in line with import permits.
• Handle month end closing which include prepayment and accrual journals. Monthly preparation of balance sheet schedule and follow up on long aging items.
• Responsible for treasury activities which include Trema M, Trema Q and FX Netting reporting. Ensure sufficient fund to meet day-to-day operations work.
• Handle ad-hoc Government surveys from EDB, Statistics, JTC & review monthly EDB reporting
• Support for yearly fixed asset sighting and stock take event
• Assist in iShift implementation – data verification, data migration etc
• Perform any other duties as assigned and directedi.

Requirements:

• Possess 5-8 years of relevant working experience in similar manufacturing companies
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
• Be driven, resourceful and a team player.
• Be committed to meeting deadlines; and possess excellent interpersonal skill
