Choa Chu Kang - Quality Assurance and Quality Control

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA/QC Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with production, engineering, and management teams to maintain and improve quality control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures in line with company standards.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Identify non-conformities and work with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain documentation and records related to QA/QC activities.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support internal and external audits as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in QA/QC roles, preferably in [construction/manufacturing/Lab)
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, testing methods, and inspection techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO/IEC 17065 is a strong advantage.
• Salaries may vary based on industry (e.g., construction, or inspection & certification), qualifications, and certification experience (such as ISO/IEC 17020 or 17065).
