Senior Finance Executive AP (6 Months Contract/ Science Park)

1. Person-in-charge of Accounts Payable function
2. Performing day-to-day operations including checking mailbox, facilitating invoice verification, recording of vendors’ invoices, and responding to emails from external parties.
3. Administering company’s credit cards
4. Preparing monthly vendors’ SOA reconciliations
5. Preparing weekly payment run
6. Recording of payments and receipts
7. Preparing weekly cash reports
8. Preparing monthly bank reconciliation
9. Handling employee staff claims
10. Preparing balance sheet schedule
11. Reviewing financial information
12. Assisting in external audits and ad-hoc projects and internal business requests

1. ACCA or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
2. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
3. Prior experience with Accounts Payable operations will be advantageous
4. Meticulous with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail
5. Fast learner and able to work independently
