XCL World Academy is seeking to recruit an experienced, dynamic and highly motivated individual as an Associate Director, Partnerships and Students Recruitment.
This successful incumbent plays a key role in leading the partnerships team in agent management and developing business strategies with key stakeholders. Provides exceptional experience for families inquiring about and applying to the school.He/She will support the Admissions team in developing and implementing enrolment strategies.
Main Responsibilities
Lead Business Development Strategies- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align business development initiatives with organizational goals.
- Market Analysis: Track new markets and emerging trends, recommending potential countries for expansion and strategic partnerships.
- Analytical Tools: Utilize business analytical tools to assess potential opportunities and make informed recommendations.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market.
- Proposal Oversight: Oversee the development of compelling business proposals that align with the business development plan for each potential client.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues in admissions and marketing to ensure proposals are comprehensive and persuasive.
- Networking: Effectively represent the school at events, conferences, and meetings to identify new business development opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Build and grow solid relationships with agents and partners to bring new business opportunities to the organization.
- Targeted Outreach: Engage with new target countries and partners to explore potential collaborations that enhance enrollment numbers.
- Leverage Relationships: Evaluate strategies to leverage existing relationships and networks for new business opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with admissions, marketing, and other departments to identify key trends and opportunities that support business growth.
- Feedback Loop: Create a feedback loop with stakeholders to refine strategies based on market insights and performance data.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
- 10 years of relevant working experience in sales, customer and marketing leadership experience.
- Excellent command of English language, with strong writing skills & style
- Proven record of meeting sales targets.
- Exceptional data analytic, people and project management skills.
- Meticulous, resourceful and with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working in a school environment is an added advantage.
