Key Responsibilities:
- Trouble-shooting on any problems in the Logistic & Warehouse, human resource and business support. Tackling and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise.
- Developing an environment that fosters open and positive team communication by setting expectations, and communicating the company’s goals or objectives.
- Taking care of inquiries or compliances issues related to logistic, human resource and business support matters.
- Examining, identifying, planning and managing special logistic, human resource and business support processes or operations which involves ensuring that accurate and complete accounting, reporting, and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are accurately maintained.
- Ensuring that documents are well kept, updated, and in compliance. Example include Employee Documents, Company Documents, Vehicle Documents (policy), etc.
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Perform related job responsibilities as assigned.
- Undertake specific projects as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Operational Management/Administration or equivalent course.
- Preferably a minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in similar field.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Experience budgeting and forecasting.
- Familiarity with logistic, human resource and business development are added advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Has an agile growth mindset, is innovative and has strong influencing skill.
