Senior Operations Executive / Assistant Operations Manager (Furniture Company) - Geylang

Location: Central/North-east

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end logistics process, including scheduling deliveries, optimizing routes, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of furniture orders.
• Allocate and monitor resources, including inventory, equipment, and tools, to meet operational demands.
• Plan and assign tasks to the operations team, track productivity, and ensure proper staffing levels to meet workload requirements.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels for smooth operations.
• Ensure that all operational activities adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Work closely with other departments, including sales, customer service, and production, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
