Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional post-sales support to our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• A fresh graduate in logistics or a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in similar scope.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills
• Self -Starter, well -organized & have a flair for numbers
• Eager & fast to learn, open minded for feedback and improvement
• Highly competent with MS Office (Power Point, especially Excel, Access)
• Power BI will be an added advantage
