We are seeking a talented and adaptable Project Architect to join our team and contribute to our success.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and open-minded Project Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a relevant degree. The ideal candidate will go beyond the traditional scope of an architectural consultant, taking on construction-level project coordination, project management, and design work as needed.

Fluency in both native Mandarin and English is essential, as is the ability to manage a drafting team to produce high-quality construction drawings. This role demands strong leadership, coordination skills, and a proactive approach to support our integrated development process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management and coordination efforts, ensuring seamless collaboration between design, construction, and procurement teams.
  • Learn and review code compliance
  • Oversee and manage the drafting team to produce accurate and detailed construction drawings.
  • Perform design work as required, contributing to the creative and technical aspects of projects.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Adapt to a broader scope of responsibilities, including construction-level oversight and owner procurement support.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients in both Mandarin and English.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on project coordination and management.
  • Fluency in native Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to manage drafting teams and produce construction drawings.
  • Experience in project management and a willingness to handle responsibilities beyond traditional architectural consulting.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Familiarity with vertically integrated development and owner procurement processes is a plus.
