Grants Executive I 6 Months Contract I up to $4,400 per month - Bukit Merah

Contract Type: Full-Time, 6 Months

Responsibilities:

• Review and organise existing files according to the established taxonomy and file naming conventions
• Identify and remove duplicate or obsolete files
• Transfer documents from current storage systems to the new repository
• Verify file integrity and accessibility after migration
• Apply appropriate classifications to documents, as per defined file structure and naming conventions
• Document the migration process and maintain tracking logs
• Work collaboratively with the Grants Division to ensure proper file organisation, while demonstrating ability to work independently

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with document management systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders
