Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager for Medical Products, you will develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and participate in tenders. You'll lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring their product knowledge and sales techniques are top-notch.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals will be crucial, as will addressing their inquiries and feedback. You'll monitor the sales team's performance, prepare reports for senior management, and conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
Additionally, you'll collaborate with the marketing department on promotional materials and campaigns, participate in trade shows and industry events, and support overseas affiliates' marketing activities..
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for our medical products.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Actively search and participate in tenders.
- Ensure all maintenance contracts are renewed on time.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales techniques.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, ensuring individual and team sales targets are met.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve our product offerings and market positioning.
Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales objectives.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to showcase our products and services.
- Support overseas affiliates’ marketing activities when required.
