Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to manage daily procurement activities and ensure timely material availability to support production and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute purchase orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate urgent material requirements for production
- Handle invoice matching, supplier reconciliation, and payment requests
- Resolve supply and quality issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and implement cost-saving procurement strategies
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering, Logistics, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in the electronics industry preferred
- Familiar with procurement and quality systems
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
- Proficient in English/Mandarine (spoken and written)
