What you'll be doing

Drive Business Growth through Exceptional Customer Engagement

As a key member of our team, you will:

Appointment Setting: Contact potential clients via phone to schedule appointments for financial consultants.
Appointment Confirmation: Follow up with clients to confirm scheduled appointments and ensure attendance.
Maintain Database: Accurately record client information, appointment details, and follow-up status in the CRM system.
Follow-Up: Re-engage leads who expressed initial interest but haven’t yet committed to an appointment.
Collaboration with Consultants: Work closely with financial consultants to ensure all appointments are properly scheduled and prepared.

Requirements:

Base Salary: Competitive base salary.
Appointment Setting Commission: Earn an additional remuneration per confirmed appointment.
