Assistant Manufacturing Engineer – Fiber Optic Assembly & Production
Responsibilities:
- Operate, configure, and maintain automated fiber optic assembly machines to meet production requirements.
- Develop and optimize automation processes for fiber optic production lines, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Analyze production requirements and implement automation solutions to enhance throughput and reduce downtime.
- Ensure high-precision and high-reliability performance of automation equipment used in fiber optic assembly.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source automation components and ensure timely availability of parts.
- Work closely with assembly technicians to integrate, test, and validate automation systems.
- Conduct performance reviews of automation systems and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Stay up to date with emerging automation technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting automation machinery.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and automation software is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize production processes.
- Knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing process
