Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage import and export operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the movement of goods, ensure compliance with international trade regulations. This role is critical in supporting our global operations and ensuring timely delivery of products.

• Coordinate and monitor import and export shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Manage logistics schedules and track shipments to address any delays or issues.
• Resolve logistical challenges and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and expenses.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline supply chain operations.

• Diploma and above, minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Proven experience in import/export logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office such as words, excel and PDF.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
