Job Overview:
The Customer Service Officer role at SwimTwins Swim Academy is a full-time position, with both on-premise and remote work responsibilities. This role will involve direct interaction with clients at our pool facility at Chui Huay Lim Club, located at 190 Keng Lee Road, as well as behind-the-scenes work from home.You will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and online, helping to manage bookings, field inquiries, and work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Premise Shifts (3-630 PM):
- Stationed at Chui Huay Lim Club (190 Keng Lee Road) to welcome customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Assist clients in understanding schedules, available classes, and facility policies.
- Provide a positive, friendly, and helpful in-person customer experience for all visitors.
Work from Home (Remote Shifts):
- Handle new inquiries, providing detailed information about SwimTwins programs and class schedules.
- Manage bookings and assist clients in reserving their preferred swim time slots.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients regarding class updates, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Work closely with the internal admin team to coordinate client needs and operational tasks.
- Ensure that customer records are accurately maintained and online bookings are up-to-date.
During Camp Weeks:
- Additional on-premise hours will be required during specific weeks of the year when we run camps, which will involve supporting camp operations and engaging with clients on-site.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles (experience in the education, recreation, or sports industries is an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over digital channels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently from home and collaborate effectively during on-site shifts.
- Comfortable with technology, including booking systems, email communication, and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
- Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
- Passion for swimming or prior experience in the swim industry is an advantage.
- Full-time hybrid work schedule offering flexibility between on-premise and remote shifts.
