Description
We are seeking a VP finance responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, driving its financial strategy, and ensuring long-term financial stability and growth. The VP Finance will collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to develop strategic plans, manage financial risks, and optimize capital allocation.This role requires a seasoned finance leader with strong technical background in controllership coupled with strategic capabilities to drive business turnaround.
Profile- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting. MBA, CA or CPA will be a great plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including investors and board members.
- Strong strategic acumen and the ability to advise the CEO and board on long-term financial strategies.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required due to the company's operations and partnerships in regions where Mandarin is the primary language of business.
- Advanced knowledge of financial systems, ERP software, and financial modeling tools.
- Candidates from conglomerates with diversified business streams will be of advantage.
