Technical Writer

Job Responsibilities:

• Enhance customer satisfaction by improving documentation on the Huawei Cloud website, continually refining the overall information experience for both end users and developers. Ensure Huawei Cloud services are easily accessible through clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Perform competitive product analysis, data analysis, and user surveys to understand the needs of end users and developers. Gather, organize, and distribute feedback to improve Huawei Cloud documentation based on user insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, solution architects, and marketing professionals to drive documentation improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in communications, technical writing, computer science, artificial intelligence, or relevant fields.
• More than 5 years of experience writing technical documents for cloud services (Azure or AWS), and experience writing technical documents for developers and end users.
• Experience using cloud services or knowledge of cloud native, database, big data, artificial intelligence, and other cloud technologies.
• The ability to read and write basic sample code in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, C#, and Go.
• Strong learning abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and experience in working with the product manager team.
