We invite applications for a dynamic Senior Executive to oversee the operations of the Hydraulics Laboratory in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE). This pivotal role ensures seamless functionality, safety compliance, resource optimization, and fosters innovation through modernizing workflows and process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily laboratory operations, including equipment functionality, inventory control, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide technical expertise, logistical support, and innovative solutions for teaching and research projects to deliver impactful results.
• Coordinate schedules, optimize resource allocation, and oversee maintenance activities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Promote a culture of safety through training sessions, audits, and compliance with laboratory safety standards.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to integrate digital tools and modern techniques in laboratory operations.

Requirements:

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in laboratory operations, preferably in an academic or research environment.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics and mechanical equipment, laboratory safety protocols, and digital tools for process optimization.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail in managing inventory, schedules, and budgets.
