Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.

• Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
• SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Event & Promotion Support: Assist in organizing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Collaboration: Work with designers, agencies, and internal teams to execute marketing strategies effectively.
• Performance Analysis: Track and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) are a plus.
