About the Job:
We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven Sales Operations and Marketing Specialist to join our excellent sales team. The Sales Operations and Marketing Specialist will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include making quotations, processing orders and maintaining our CRM as well as conducting market research, account profiling, managing email campaigns and assisting the sales department wherever possible.You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.
For your own success you should be willing to learn as much as possible about the Company and its market and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. We expect you to be an ambitious self-driven individual, who takes initiatives and comes with creative ideas.Outstanding sales and marketing operations are creative problem solvers who know how to find creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member for completing all allocated tasks
- Updating documents and sales records in company CRM
- Observing and carrying out sales processes
- Make quotations
- Process and manage orders to ensure smooth transactions
- Compile target account plans and account profiling
- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns
- Conduct with market research to identify trends, opportunity, and competitive insights
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team's objectives
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Service-oriented mindset with professional attitude
