About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Human Resource & Finance Executive to join our team at Swee Bee Contractor Pte. Ltd. in the Paya Lebar East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR and finance-related duties to support the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing- Handling HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Coordinating with various departments to gather and consolidate data
- Providing administrative support and general office duties as needed
- Proven experience as an HR or finance executive, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and financial software
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work with accuracy and precision
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team
