Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive / Account Executive / Business Development Executive who is a strategic thinker to drive business growth and can adapt quickly in a startup environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding our franchisee network and strategic partnerships to accelerate our growth in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities- Proactively identify, evaluate, and expand new franchisee and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.
- Negotiate business terms with potential franchisees and partners to maximize mutual benefits.
- Manage and optimize partnership relations to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate regularly with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support the successful implementation of partnership projects.
- Diploma in any field
- At least 1 years of experience in sales / business development in F&B / Catering Line
- Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector
- Strong commercial acumen to achieve the company’s target.
- Strong business network and connections in Singapore.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of strategic dialogues with various partners.
- Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex agreements is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture and work effectively in a multitasking environment.
- 5 days work week
- Mon to Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm
