Property manager - Toa Payoh

Key Responsibilities:

As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and leasing of our company's properties. This includes:

• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring optimal performance of service contractors.
• Track and promptly address and oversee repair and maintenance issues.
• Lead and supervise our in-house team of skilled technicians.
• Conduct regular property inspections, identifying areas of concern and recommending improvement initiatives to enhance the property.
• Formulate, develop, and implement marketing strategies for our properties to attract potential tenants and buyers.
• Supporting the rental of our property, including attending to viewings and managing the handover/takeover of units.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly to maintain high tenant satisfaction.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Degree/Diploma in Building/Real Estate/Estate Management or Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Property Management.
• IT literate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset to learn, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin will be a valuable asset.

Remuneration:

• Salary will be based on relevant experience.
