Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns leveraging paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Optimize campaigns for key markets to ensure the achievement of campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal business units to consolidate information and ideate marketing solutions for cultural programs and events.
  • Liaise with creative teams and media agencies to develop core marketing assets, manage media deliverables, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with P.R & communications, social media, and eCommerce teams to develop integrated marketing strategies.
  • Provide on-ground support for cultural events, ensuring seamless implementation of branding and marketing mechanics.
  • Support brand collaborations and partnerships, including hosting stays and facilitating content creation opportunities with influencers and cultural ambassadors.
  • Conduct research on cultural trends, visitor demographics, and industry best practices to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage marketing administrative matters, including finance, legal, and procurement processes.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Cultural Studies, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to arts, culture, or lifestyle sectors.
Other Prerequisites
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with digital marketing tools.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Flexibility to support on-site activities during cultural events, including weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Personal interest and passion in the arts and lifestyle sector
