Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee life cycle events relating to pre, on-onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Administer employee records and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Execute processes and requests accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Work closely with other HR partners including Talent Acquisition Specialists, HR Relationship Managers, HR specialist teams, as well as Employees to support and ensure alignment of HR transactional services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous improvements to HCM process and system.
  • Participate in adhoc projects where opportunity arises.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource or in related majors
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR Admin or operations role.
  • Experience in managing employee life cycle events relating to pre, onboarding and offboarding processes is good to have.
  • Experience working in Banking / Financial, or IT industry will be good to have
  • Possess a risk mindset in keeping information confidential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications like Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat Standard.
