Responsibilities
- Provide vessel IT support as well as in-house Helpdesk and Technical support to end userS
- Involved in the installation, cabling and set-up of workstations, PCs and printers.
- Provide in-house helpdesk and technical support to end users and vessel IT
- Support and resolve in-house end users and vessel IT technical issues
- Assist in the installation, cabling and setting up of workstations, PCs, and printers
- Performs software updates
- Attend to ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Studies
- Prior experience in PC hardware/ software installation an advantage
