Client Solutions Engineer (Quotations, Document Submittals & Site Surveys)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quotations Preparation: Develop accurate and competitive quotations based on client requirements and site assessments.
2. Site Surveys: Lead site surveys to gather relevant information for project planning and quotation preparation.
3. Documentation Management: Prepare and submit essential paperwork, including permits to work, risk assessments, method statements, and safe work procedures.
4. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to clarify project specifications and requirements for accurate quotations.
5. Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure all potential hazards are identified and mitigated.
6. Method Statement Development: Create detailed method statements outlining the steps and safety measures for project execution.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all submissions meet local regulations and industry standards.
8. Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from site supervisors to improve quotation accuracy and project execution.
9. Progress Reporting: Regularly update the Client Solutions Manager on the status of quotations and documentation.
10. Proactive Approach: Take the initiative in identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
