Sales Executive / Senior Executive - Bedok

Our client, a renowned Japanese industrial manufacturing company known for innovation and quality, is currently seeking a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join their esteemed organization.

• Manage and build strong relationships with existing customer accounts while upselling products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Handle customer inquiries, clarify technical specifications, and manage quotation processes.
• Act as a liaison between customers and HQ in Japan to provide seamless sales support.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to effectively position the company’s products.
• Conduct demand planning and forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

• Basic Salary: S$3,500 - S$5,500
• AWS
• Variable Bonus (Based on Company's & Individual performances; payout on average twice a year)
• Annual Leave: 14 days (Maximum up to 21 days)
• Medical Leave: 14 days
• Medical Benefit: $4,000 per year (Outpatient, Dental and Flexi Health)
• Car Allowance: $800 per month
• Car Park: Provided near the office

• A Diploma or Degree in an Engineering-related field.
• 3–4 years of proven sales experience with parts manufacturers for OEMs or semiconductor front-end fabs in Singapore.
• Comprehensive understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and supply chains.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Possession of a personal car (car allowance will be provided).

• Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
