As a Senior Manager, Facilities (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of multiple properties, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems.
• Implement efficient facilities management procedures and preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage emergency repairs and ensure minimal operational disruptions.
• Ensure all facilities meet health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct inspections, maintain certifications, and promptly address compliance issues.
• Monitor regulatory updates and adapt policies accordingly.
• Source, evaluate, and manage vendors for services like cleaning, security, and landscaping.
• Negotiate contracts, enforce SLAs, and ensure service quality.
• Develop and oversee the facilities budget, including maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
• Monitor expenditures and optimize resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor facilities staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Foster a skilled and knowledgeable team aligned with industry best practices.
• Implement energy-saving and eco-friendly initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Drive cost-effective and sustainable facility management practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (advanced certifications like CFM/FMP preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of multi-site facilities management experience, with strong regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Familiarity with healthcare/eldercare facility standards is a plus.
