Immediate!! Supply Chain Executive (3 Month Contract/ Shipping Docs) JS27 - Toa Payoh

• Perform order processing including costings, booking of trucks/shipments, invoicing & preparing full spectrum of shipping documents.
• Arrange and control shipments to & from production plants, distribution hubs and warehouses.
• Logistics/shipment co-ordination with customers, suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse operators.
• Inventory planning, optimizing, monitoring and reconciliation.
• Purchasing and rate negotiation.
• Provide excellent customer service to a wide range of industrial customers.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, if any.
• Attend meetings with customers, suppliers, and service providers when required.
• Ensure that all supply chain activities are performed in the most efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
• Any other duties as assigned.

• Preferably Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or relevant disciplines.
• 2 years of working experience in supply chain or logistics role and well versed in supply chain and import/export processes, Incoterms and shipping procedures.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and supply chain management software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address supply chain challenges.
• Ability to cope well in fast-paced and diverse working environment.
