Exciting Opportunity for Deputy Director, AI Software Engineering*

*Duration:* 2 Years Contract
*Location:* Near One North MRT / Novena MRT

*Working Hours:* Mon-Thurs: 8:30am-6:00pm, Fri: 8:30am-5:30pm

We're seeking an exceptional leader to drive innovation in AI software engineering, leading a team of talented developers to deliver cutting-edge AI platforms, products, and solutions. As the highest-level Subject Matter Expert (SME) in AI technology, you'll coach, mentor, and establish best practices, ensuring top-notch quality in AI modeling, machine learning, and more.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Develop and execute the technology roadmap for AI Products teams
Lead the development of AI technologies for operational use across multiple platforms
Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team
Foster industry best practices in software development, engineering, and quality assurance
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive AI and digitalization initiatives

*Requirements:*

Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
Minimum 10 years of product development experience, with 8 years in AI and 5 years in large-scale AI project delivery
Strong understanding of AI/ML, data science, and data analytics platforms
Public Service experience is a plus!
