Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in closing sales and managing client accounts
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
• Handle contract negotiations and pricing discussions
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas
• Support management in strategic planning and decision-making
• Able to capture additional market share.

Requirements:

• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English for supplier (China) communication and daily operations.
• Adaptive & flexible in fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to use Microsoft Office.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on future leadership responsibilities.
• Prior sales or business development experience is an advantage.
