Front Office Ambassador / Receptionist
Reporting to the General Manager, the Receptionist will be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing a warm welcome and assisting with inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor to establish good rapport with members and guests.
Job Scope- Greet members & guests professionally and courteously
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
- Check in all members and guests for appointments
- Assist members with rental or demo clubs
- Charge accurately through Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Liaise with Food & Beverage Team to meet the needs of members & guests
- Prepare end of day POS register
- Assist in quarterly stock count
- Computer literacy & experience in using POS system will be advantageous
- Preferred background in service industry, hospitality or retail sectors
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Willing to work on rotational shifts and weekends
- Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented with a professional appearance
