We are recruiting for a pharmaceutical MNC company for this exciting position which will offer operational growth and project management opportunities to ensure that the Company’s compliance and ethics programmes and initiatives are implemented.
KEY REPOSNSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring that the Company’s compliance and ethics programmes and initiatives are implemented
- Partner with, advise and support business teams on country-specific requirements
- Ensure the compliance risks are identified, assessed, and reported, including proper documentation.
- Conduct and/or supervise compliance and ethics risk assessments, third party due diligence and evaluation, and associated incident handling and remedial actions.
- Deliver periodic training and communications
- Prepare periodic updates on the implementation and effectiveness of the compliance programme, and on compliance developments
- Conduct and/or supervise investigations in relation to violations of compliance, root cause analysis, and make appropriate recommendations
- Manage all the monitoring and control activities to detect any deviations to policies. To document all monitoring work on quarterly metrics reports and follow-up on all findings, remediation, and action plans.
- Relevant degree qualifications
- Experience in ethics and compliance role within the pharmaceutical/ biomedical industry is advantageous.
- Well versed with SAPI guidelines
- Proven track record in hands on operational compliance responsibilities.
