As a key representative of the company, the supply chain manager shall actively promote and create long term relationships with customers.

• Participate in regular customer meetings to review performance, requirements and processes
• Monitor order/ delivery schedules and coordinate with Customer, customer service team Vendors to ensure delivery performances are on-time
• Attend Quarterly Review with customers lead by Account Manager
• Manage and solve claims by setting up associated corrective plans
• Meeting customer satisfaction all the time
• Build long term relationship with customers
• Work closely with Account Managers and Logistics Team; coordinate as a one front approach towards customers, including attending meetings to attack current internal and external stakeholders issue
• Implement SOPs to streamline operation processes in accordance to the company’s quality guidelines
• Delegation, manage and lead team members to utilize resources, inclusive of providing OJT for new hires
• Develop effective strategies that enhance operational work flow and distribution
• Communicate openly and frequently, to motivate team members to achieve operational goals

• Proven track record in managing a team in customer service functions
• Strong manpower delegation skills
