Warehouse Inventory Associate (3K | Manufacturing Plant | West)

Key Information:

• US Manufacturing Plant
• Working Location: Tuas (walking distance from MRT)
• 5 day – Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm)
• Basic salary (up to 3K) + AWS + Bonus + other benefits
• Combination of physical warehouse inventory counts and desk bound work.
• Singaporean Only

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct spot audits, and manage material flow.
• Investigate and report material discrepancies.
• Track shipments, identify slow-moving or obsolete stock, and perform scheduled cycle counts.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure proper inventory management.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and perform additional duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec, Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in warehouse inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification/ refresher course.
• Prior hands on working experience in cycle counts.
• Physical ability to navigate warehouse environments.
• Ability to lift 10 to 20 kgs load occasionally
• Comfortable to work in a warehouse setting (aircon) with material handling equipment.
• Regular stand, walk and climb ladders during working hours.
• Use PPE as and when needed.
