As an Assistant Director of Nursing (Nursing Home), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Report to COO/CEO.
- Oversee and manage operations, including the implementation of clinical practices, nursing audits, service quality initiatives, and the integration of new technologies.
- Enhance and maintain nursing quality.
- Assess and enforce nursing policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct clinical audits.
- Strictly adhere to nursing standards and protocols.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities regarding licenses, regulations, and compliance.
- Work collaboratively with other team leaders to promote continuous improvement and compliance.
- Provide leadership and support to all managers and staff.
- Review and evaluate budgeting reports, financial statements, and performance metrics.
- Closely monitor staffing and workforce issues.
Requirements:
- At least a Degree in Nursing.
- Possess minimally 8 years of management experience.
- Must be fully registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
