Senior Executive, Leasing - Bedok

Job Purpose

You will support, improve and recreate leasing through curating our various spaces and properties, including our MRT, LRT stations and bus interchanges.

• Develop and implement leasing strategies and plans for commercial activities in our MRT,LRT stations and bus interchanges
• Ensure all available space is leased in an appropriate, timely and effective manner according to the tenancy mix for all new and renewal leases
• Source and seek out prospective tenants
• Generate new leasing leads
• Establish and build networking channels with prospective, existing tenants and real estate marketing agents and maintain strong relationships with tenants and retailers.
• Enhance the value of our properties to generate new revenue streams.
• Ensure that the leasing policy is strictly adhered to at all time

• Degree in Business, Real Estate/Building or related qualifications preferred
• Min 2-3 years of experience in retail property leasing/marketing preferred
• Experience in handling land lease matters and prior knowledge in local planning regulations, land laws and Tenancy Agreement would be an advantage.
