Regional HR Manager (SEA)

Job Description

Join a global organisation leader in providing building materials for residential and commercial projects.

This organisation comes with a long heritage of innovation and continuous growth in their industry, with a strong presence in APAC including multiple manufacturing plants across the region.

The SEA Regional HR Manager will cover 6 countries for a total FTE of about 70. This role allows an HR leader to lead regional strategic initiatives and changes and work closely with the business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives in the respective markets.
• Partner with business senior leadership in supporting workforce planning, talent acquistion, and employee engagement.
• Implement compliant and consistent HR policies and programs
• Lead talent development strategies, including training and leadership development programs.
• Support business leaders in performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Lead regional HR projects and change management

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience candidates with experience in regional HR roles are highly encouraged to apply
• Industry experience in manufacturing, FMCG or ideally in construction materials manufacturing.
• Able to Travel as needed across the covered regions.
