Customer Service Officer – Delivering Excellence, One Interaction at a Time - Tampines

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with a wide range of inquiries, requests, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Information:
- Working Location: Paya Lebar
- Working Hours: 5 days incl of weekends (9am to 8.30pm (Sundays will be 9am to 6.30pm)
Job Duties:
- Provide support to customer queries/ feedback on products, services and prevailing promotions.
- Facilitate access for customer to their safe deposit box
- Onboarding and Offboarding of customers including handling of payments
- Handle ad hoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Pleasant and cheerful personality
- Computer literacy (Microsoft words, excel, outlook). SAP knowledge will be advantageous
- Willing to perform overtime ,weekends and public holidays
- Candidates with customer service experience will be considered favorably
