FFG OD Non-Technical Solution Architect - Geylang
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-Technical Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of business solutions that align with our strategic goals. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.
- Solution Design: Develop and design comprehensive business solutions that meet the needs of the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and translate them into effective solutions.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation of solution designs, including process flows, business requirements, and functional specifications.
- Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation of business solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Change Management: Support change management efforts by communicating the benefits of new solutions and ensuring smooth transitions for all stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with proposed solutions and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in business solution architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing enterprise-level business solutions.
- Strong understanding of business processes, strategic planning, and organizational change management.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in business architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Business Model Canvas, Lean Six Sigma).
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Architect, Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable
- Knowledge of banking services
