Our client, a global provider of end-to-end outsourcing services, is currently seeking a Customer Service Executive (Japanese Speaking) to join their team.

【 Responsibilities 】
  • Validate business programs, orders, and contracts received via email.
  • Review agreements and orders to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Provide timely updates and resolve customer queries within the stipulated timeline.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat.
  • Handle escalations and deliver appropriate solutions in line with company guidelines.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
  • Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Fluency in English and Japanese (JLPT N1 proficiency) in speaking, listening, and writing to effectively communicate with customers
  • Willingness to work according to the Japanese public holiday calendar
  • Availability to work overtime during the last week of each month
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills
