Job Responsibilities :
- Attend to general maintenance issues (raised by tenant or Operations team)
- TV or any electrical appliances including water heater
- Door or window handle repair
- Bathroom and kitchen cabinet repair
- Wardrobe repair
- Furniture repair (bed, chair, table, sofa)
- Change light bulbs
- Clean ceiling fan/s
- Toilet sliding door or shower door
- Plumbing
- Simple electrical work
- Blinds or curtains rail repair
- Assists operation team to move furniture from one location to another and assemble it (if required)
- Assists operation team to dispose unused/broken items
- Preparation of Handover unit to Landlord Coordination with Jameson/Operation
- Wall, ceiling painting
- As per item (1) covering all the above bullet points
- Paint or varnish wooden bathroom cabinet
- Wipe clean light cover or casing
- Any other remedial work required
- Any other ad-hoc work as and when required
- Required to drive company in the absent of operation/maintenance team
