Job Description

Position Title: Indoor Sales Coordinator
Working Location: Joo Seng (Walk distance from MRT)
Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries and evaluate tender documents.
Assist with the procurement of materials from various suppliers/ manufacturers to meet customer project needs.
Assist the Outdoor Sales team in preparing quotations.
Monitor the status of quotations and finalize orders.
Coordinate with manufacturers for submission of necessary documentation, such as drawings and certificates.
Collaborate closely with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

With qualification/ certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Preferably with electrical products knowledge.
Experience with Material Take Off in an M&E setting is an added advantage.
