About the role

As an AV Engineer (Audio Visual), you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining audio-visual systems for various clients. This is a full-time role based in the Tai Seng North-East Region. You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration and smooth operation of state-of-the-art AV technology, supporting the company's commitment to delivering exceptional audio-visual solutions.

Job responsibilities:

To Provide customer support in the implementation and operation of all aspects of audio visual, video conference, display and presentation technologies used in the client's premises
Assisting in the provision of support for internal and external events
To carry out routine testing of equipment to diagnose, log and report operational faults
To assist in the diagnosis and rectification of faults
To ensure all systems are fully functional
To ensure system down time are kept to a minimum
Any paperwork is completed on time and to be filled out completely, as required
Perform any ad hoc as required

Job requirements:

Responsible, self-motivated and a self-starter
Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in AV system operation, installation, and maintenance
Any industry certification will be an advantage
Drive to exceed expectations and in delivering excellence
Proficient in using design and programming software for AV systems
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
Required language(s): English
