Business Development (Fashion brand Marketing/Buyer) - Geylang

We are a subsidiary in Singapore of a 40 years of global textile manufacturing company looking for a Business development associate in fashion brand marketing, textile & garment industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop sales and marketing plans to acquire new B2B & B2C customers and drive collaboration with partners through emailing and cold calling

Proactively identifying and qualifying potential clients through networking, outreach campaigns, and market intelligence.

Identifying and collaborating with strategic partners to expand market reach and offer enhanced solution

Process buyers’ orders, liaise with suppliers and clients

Determine quantity and timing of delivery, optimize sourcing and order follow-up procedures to attain maximum efficiency

Work closely with production on order lead-time, handle day-to-day problems, and ensure timely delivery

Prepare quotations, tenders, purchase orders, delivery orders, data entry, etc

Assist the senior manager for new business development project

General admin tasks, filing, inventory management

Requirements:

Good communication skills, ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships

At least 3 years’ experience in fashion trend and merchandising knowledge

Experience in garment industry / Diploma in Fashion Merchandising or related discipline

Qualification in textile related field are preferred

Able to work independently with oversea clients and manufactures

Well versed in various global market

Good in written and speaking in English
