Salary Range: $2,390-$4,100

Working Schedule:

• Mon – Thu: 8.30am – 6pm
• Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT

Job Responsibilities:

1. Application Processing & Evaluation – Review, assess, and track applications to ensure completeness and compliance with eligibility criteria.
2. Administrative & Process Support – Manage application workflows, maintain records, and assist in reporting and process improvements.
3. Stakeholder Communication & Engagement – Guide applicants through submission requirements, coordinate briefing sessions, and provide tailored support.
4. Evaluation & Feedback – Analyze application trends, identify common challenges, and refine guidelines based on applicant experiences.
5. Process Improvement – Collaborate with internal teams to streamline application processes and enhance stakeholder engagement.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Arts Management, Business, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear, empathetic, and professional support to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and develop actionable insights.
